Lewis Estes 
Lewis was born about 1802 in Wilson County, Tennessee.1 Lewis' father was Moses Estes and his mother was Elizabeth Riley ?. His paternal grandparents were John Estes and Elizabeth Chisum. He had three brothers and six sisters, named John, Absalom, Thomas, Elizabeth, Nancy Ann, Dorcas, Roseanna, Sarah and Mary. He died on December 14th, 1878 in Fulton County, Illinois. He was buried in Liverpool Township, Fulton County, Illinois.1 1 General Notes

URL title: "Weber Bergersen" "Jane Estes Barker Bordwine, was a third daughter born to Lewis and Anna Farris Estes. She was born 31 Dec 1827 and died 25 Feb 1912. Her name at time of death was Jane Bordwine. Sedgewick Funeral book lists her as the daughter of Lewis Estes and Anna farris. Lewis Estes was living with her in the 1870 census, Fulton Co., IL and there is a newspaper item that my great grandfather, John Robert Barker, was out hunting with his cousin, Oliver Pollitt, when they met Abraham Lincoln. For some odd reason he told the story in his wife's 0bit.
