Alfred Estes

Alfred was born in 1799.¹ Alfred's father was Jonathan Estes and his mother was Sarah Chewning. His paternal grandparents were Philip Estes and Ann possibly Harris. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Elliot, William, Fauntley, Samuel, Elizabeth, Emily and Harriett. He was the third oldest of the eight children.
