Vladimir II, known as Monomach, was born in 1053 in Kiev,Kiev,Ukraine.  Monomach's father was Grand Duke Vsevolod I Yaroslavich Of Kiev and his mother was Princess Anne Irene Maria Monomachus Of The Byzantian Empire.  His paternal grandparents were Grand Duke Yaroslav I (The Wise) Vladimirovich Of Kiev and Princess Ingegarde Olafsdoittir Of Sweden; his maternal grandparents were Emperor Konstantinos IX Of The Byzantian Empire and Pulcheria Skleraina. He had a sister named Anna Yanka.  He was the older of the two children. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Rostislav, ? and Ekaterina Irina.  He died at the age of 72 on May 19th, 1125.


Monomach's first family with Gytha Haraldsdoittir

‌Monomach and Gytha were married in a religious ceremony in 1074 in London,Middlesex,England.  They had five sons and a daughter, named Mstislav I (Harald), Izyaslav, Svyatoslav, Yaropolk II, Vyacheslav and Marina.


Monomach's second family with Princess Evfimiya Aepovna Of The Kumans

‌Monomach and Evfimiya were married in a religious ceremony about 1107 in Kiev,Kiev,Ukraine.  They had two sons and two daughters, named Roman, Yruii I George, Agrafia and Euphamia.
