His paternal grandparents were King Clovis I (The Great) Merovigian Of The Franks and Saint, Princess Clothilde De Burgundy; his maternal grandfather was Berthar Of Thuringian Franks. He had three brothers and a sister, named Chilperic I, Guntram, Siegbert I and Blithildes. He was the oldest of the five children. He was buried in St Vincent Abbey,Paris,Seine,France.1 -
