Olaf II, known as The Saint, was born in 0995 in Ringerike Buskerud Norway.  The Saint's father was Harald (Graenske) Gudrodrodsson and his mother was Asta Astrid (Astrid) Gudbrandsdatter.  His paternal grandparents were Gudrod Bjornsson and Cecilie; his maternal grandparents were Gudbrand Kulasson and Gunnhild Thorasdottir. He had three half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Halfdan, Hardrada, Guthorm, Ingirid and Gunnhild.  He died at the age of 35 on July 29th, 1030 in Stiklestad,Norway.


The Saint's first family with Alfhild Concubine

‌The Saint and Alfhild were married in a religious ceremony on February 1st, 1019 in Sarpsborg,Ostfold,Norway.  They had a son named The Good.


The Saint's second family with Princess Astrid Olafsdoittir Of Sweden

‌The Saint and Astrid were married in a religious ceremony in 1028.  They had a daughter named Ulfhild.
