Sarah was born about 1672 in PA. Sarah's father was Thomas Cox and her mother was Christian Matthews. Her paternal grandparents were Robert Cocke and Elizabeth Clifford. She had three brothers and a sister, named Thomas, John I, William and Christian. She was the oldest of the five children. She had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Richard, William and Mary.General Notes
