Ana De Amorim's father was Manuel Fernandes Freire and her mother was Antônia De Morais Valcácer.  Her maternal grandparents were Pedro Ferreira Das Neves and Custódia De Amorim Valcácer. She had three brothers and six sisters, named Cosme Fernandes, José Fernandes, Manoel Fernandes, Catarina Valcácer De, Apolônia Barbosa De, Joana Batista De, Margarida Freire De, Antônia De Morais and Maria Da Conceição Valcácer.
