Isabel Maria Barbosa 
Isabel Maria was born about 1714 in Sé Do Porto, Conc.Porto, Dist. Porto (Pt). Isabel Maria's father was Francisco De Carvalho De Souza and her mother was Domingas Barbosa. She had two brothers named Domingos and Francisco De. She was the second oldest of the three children.
Isabel Maria and Antônio Do Couto were married in a religious ceremony on January 24th, 1734 in Colonia (Uy). They had a son and two daughters, named José Do Carmo, Eufrásia Maria De Jesus and Escolástica Maria De Jesus.
