Rudecindo Arias Bustamante 
Rudecindo was born before 1826 in Minas, Lavalleja, Uruguay. Rudecindo's father was Casimiro Arias and his mother was Maria Dolores Bustamante Fonseca. He had four sisters named Felicia Clara, Maria Ramona, Baldomera and Bibianas. He was the oldest of the five children.
Rudecindo and Luisa were married in a religious ceremony on September 15th, 1851 in Minas, Lavalleja, Uruguay. They had a daughter named Andrea Fidela.
