Felicia Clara Arias Bustamante

Felicia Clara was born on April 11th, 1826 in Minas, Lavalleja, Uruguay.  Felicia Clara's father was Casimiro Arias and her mother was Maria Dolores Bustamante Fonseca. She had a brother and three sisters, named Rudecindo, Maria Ramona, Baldomera and Bibianas.  She was the second oldest of the five children.
