Tobias H. Talley 
Tobias H. was born on September 11th, 1839 in Wayne County, Tennessee.1 Tobias H.'s father was George Henderson Talley and his mother was Nancy Smith Cypert. His paternal grandparents were George Washington Talley and Mary Lucy McDaniel. He had eight brothers and two sisters, named Robinson Perry, Wilson, Francis James, B L M, George Cypert, John Anderson, William Grief Russell, Zachariah Wilson, Elizabeth Jane and Sarah Vida Ann. He died at the age of 21 on October 24th, 1860 in Keokuk County, Iowa. He was buried in Rock Creek Cemetery, Ollie, Keokuk County, Iowa.1 1 -
