James Sisson 
James was born on July 26th, 1690 in Portsmouth, Newport, RI.1 James' father was George Sisson and his mother was Sarah Lawton. His paternal grandparents were Richard Sisson and Mary Freeman; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Lawton and Elizabeth Salisbury. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Richard, Thomas Lawton, John, George, Elizabeth, Mary, Ann, Hope, Ruth and Abigail. He died at the age of 85 on July 5th, 1776 in Portsmouth, Newport, R.I..1 -
