John Billingsley Ingram 
John Billingsley was born on July 11th, 1827 in Anson County, North Carolina.1 John Billingsley's father was Lemuel Ingram and his mother was Sophia Wood Billingsley. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Ingram and Winifred Nelms; his maternal grandparents were John Billingsley and Charity Ford. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Samuel, Benjamin, Presley N, Charity Ann, Winifred Nelms "Wincy" and Sarah Jane. He was the youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 79 on March 10th, 1907 in Wadesboro, Anson County, North Carolina.1 -
