Charity Ann Ingram 
Charity Ann was born on December 18th, 1818 in Anson County, North Carolina.1 Charity Ann's father was Lemuel Ingram and her mother was Sophia Wood Billingsley. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Ingram and Winifred Nelms; her maternal grandparents were John Billingsley and Charity Ford. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Samuel, Benjamin, Presley N, John Billingsley, Winifred Nelms "Wincy" and Sarah Jane. She was the third oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 42 on June 21st, 1861 in Anson County, North Carolina.1 
‌Charity Ann and Risden H. were married in a religious ceremony in 1835 in Anson, North Carolina.1 They had two sons and three daughters, named Pressley Lemuel, Roland Risden, Eugenia, Wincy Sophia and Wincy L.
