George William Carlock 
George William was born on June 26th, 1845.1 George William's father was Henry Carlock and his mother was Martha Glendening. His paternal grandparents were George Osborn Carlock and Elizabeth Cox. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Uriah Wells, Henry Glendening, Hiram Warner, John James, Sarah Ann, Martha Elizabeth and Susan Jane. He was the oldest of the eight children. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Thomas Jefferson, Richard Caleb and Harriet Lenora.1 -
