Daniel A. was born in 1720 in Johnson Co,KY. Daniel A.'s father was William Remy and his mother was Catherine Asbury. His paternal grandparents were Jacques Jacob Remy and Mary Spencer Miles; his maternal grandparents were Henry Asbury and Mary Durant. He had five brothers and four sisters, named William, William, Jacob, John, James, Asbury, Mary, Catherine and Elizabeth. He was the youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 42 in 1762 in Fredericksburg,VA.-
