Isolde was born about 1265 in Wigmore,Herefordshire,ENGLAND.  Isolde's father was Edmund De Mortimer and her mother was Margaret De Fiennes.  Her paternal grandparents were Roger De Mortimer and Maud De Braose; her maternal grandparents were William De Fiennes and Blanche De Brienne. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Roger , 1 Earl March 8 Baron Mortimer, Hugh, Walter, Edmund, John, Elizabeth, Margaret, Matilda and Joan.  She was the oldest of the ten children.  She died in 1328.

‌Isolde and Hugh were married in a religious ceremony about 1288 in Of,Wigmore,Herefordshire,England.  They had three sons and a daughter, named Hugh, Nicholas, James and Alice.
