Henry Cook

Henry was born in 1615 in Co. Kent,England. Henry's father was Edmund Cook and his mother was Elizabeth Nicholls. His paternal grandparents were Henry Cook and Anne Goodere; his maternal grandfather was John Nicholls. He was an only child. He died at the age of 46 on December 25th, 1661 in Salem,Bay Colony,MA.¹
