David Cook

David was born in 1701. David's father was Henry Cook and his mother was Mary Hall. His paternal grandparents were Henry Cook and Judith Birdsall; his maternal grandparents were John Hall and Jane Wollen. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Henry, John, Isaac, Jonathan, Jedediah, Mary, Jane, Hannah and Elizabeth. He was the second youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 65 on May 21st, 1766.
