Ralph was born in 1457 in Settrington,Yorkshire,ENGLAND.1 Ralph's father was John Bigod and his mother was Elizabeth Scrope. His paternal grandparents were Ralph Bigod and Anne Greystoke; his maternal grandparents were Henry Scrope and Elizabeth Scrope. He was an only child.
