Valentine YOAKUM 
Valentine was born about 1734 in Augusta Co, VA.1 Valentine's father was Mathias Yoakum and his mother was Elinor See. His paternal grandparents were Francis Jochem and Millie Felty; his maternal grandparents were George Ludwig Zeh and Margaret Tschudi. He had eleven brothers named Francis, Jacob, Felty, Mathias, Jesse, Michael, Conrad, John, William, Henry and George. He was the fourth oldest of the twelve children. He died on July 13th, 1763 in Muddy Creek, Greenbrier Co, WV.1 General Notes
