John Savage 
John was born about 1452 in of Clifton, Cheshire, England.1 John's father was John Savage and his mother was Katherine Stanley. His paternal grandparents were John Savage and Elizabeth or Eleanor Brereton; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Stanley and Joan GOUSHILL. He had nine brothers and six sisters, named Lawrence, James, Thomas, Humphrey, Richard, William, George, Christopher, Edward, Eleanor, Margaret, Miss, Elizabeth, Alice and Katherine. He was the fifth oldest of the sixteen children. He died on November 22nd, 1492.1 -
