Christopher Savage 
Christopher was born in 1473 in of Clifton, Rock Sabage, Cheshire, England.1 Christopher's father was John Savage and his mother was Katherine Stanley. His paternal grandparents were John Savage and Elizabeth or Eleanor Brereton; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Stanley and Joan GOUSHILL. He had nine brothers and six sisters, named Lawrence, James, John, Thomas, Humphrey, Richard, William, George, Edward, Eleanor, Margaret, Miss, Elizabeth, Alice and Katherine. He was the second youngest of the sixteen children. He died at the age of 40 in 1513.1 -
