William J. POWELL

William J. was born on January 17th, 1849.¹   William J.'s father was William Powell and his mother was Mary Stewart. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Charles W., George P., Catherine, Sara A. and Jo A..  He was the second oldest of the six children. He had three half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Lewis Allman, James T., Francis E., Millie Elizabeth H., Martha A., Luisa J., Mary C. and Palina Ann.
