Charles W. POWELL

Charles W. was born on April 26th, 1852.¹   Charles W.'s father was William Powell and his mother was Mary Stewart. He had two brothers and three sisters, named William J., George P., Catherine, Sara A. and Jo A..  He was the third oldest of the six children. He had three half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Lewis Allman, James T., Francis E., Millie Elizabeth H., Martha A., Luisa J., Mary C. and Palina Ann.
