Charles E. POWELL

Charles E. was born on November 5th, 1891.¹   Charles E.'s father was Cyrus POWELL and his mother was Elizabeth Ann Dollison. He had three brothers and two sisters, named David J., John Wesley, Elijah Emmit, Sarah Elizabeth and Nancy Mary Catherine. He had four half-brothers and a half-sister, named William Henry, William Henry, Andrew Jackson, James Madison and Living.  He died at the age of 64 on February 14th, 1956.¹
