Cyrus POWELL 
Cyrus was born on October 29th, 1829 in Washington Co. K.1 He had four brothers and four sisters, named Charles, John, Jacob, Andrew Jackson, Margaret, Sarah A., Melinda and LUCINDA. He was the third oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 59 on March 28th, 1889 in Indian Territoyr. He was buried in Fleetwood Cemetery, Central High, OK.2 1 General Notes

fought for the Texas Rangers during the Civil War, fought
with Pap Price, rode race horses for his father, was only 5
foot 2 at the time
