Russell Reno was born on January 10th, 1846 in Cleveland Co., Tennessee.1 Russell Reno's father was James Gunter Maples and his mother was Mary Joanna Harvey. His paternal grandparents were Jesse Maples and Jemimah. He had a sister named Sarah Jane. He was the younger of the two children. He had six half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Jessie Thomas, James Alexander, Joseph Seaman, William Burl, Benjamin Crittenden, Henry Clay, Mary Catherine, Martha Isabel, Charlotte B. and Telitha G.. He died at the age of 67 on December 23rd, 1913 in Denver, Arkansas.1 -
