Charles MORTON 
Charles was born on June 8th, 1786 in Lexington, Fayette, Kentucky.1 Charles' father was John MORTON and his mother was Mary Elizabeth ANDERSON. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Morton and Elizabeth WOODSON. He had six brothers and a sister, named James, Hezekiah, Benjamin, Nathaniel, John A., Obadiah and Elizabeth. He was the youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 61 on January 13th, 1848 in Charleston, Illinois. He was buried in Charleston, Illinois.1 1 -
