Benjamin MORTON 
Benjamin was born on February 24th, 1760 in ,Halifax Co, Virginia.1 Benjamin's father was John MORTON and his mother was Mary Elizabeth ANDERSON. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Morton and Elizabeth WOODSON. He had six brothers and a sister, named James, Hezekiah, Nathaniel, John A., Obadiah, Charles and Elizabeth. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 77 in 1837 in ,Halifax, VA.1 -
