Hugh le Despenser 
Hugh le was born in 1152 in of Ryhale, Rutland, England.1 Hugh le's father was Thurstan le Despenser. His paternal grandparents were William Talvas (le Despenser) Montgomery and Alix Ala de Burgundy. He had three brothers named Walter le, Aymer le and Galfridus Geoffrey' le. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 47 in 1199.1 General Notes
