Galfridus Geoffrey' le Despenser

Galfridus Geoffrey' le was born in 1155 in of Defford, Worcestershire, England.¹   Galfridus Geoffrey' le's father was Thurstan le Despenser.  His paternal grandparents were William Talvas (le Despenser) Montgomery and Alix Ala de Burgundy. He had three brothers named Walter le, Aymer le and Hugh le.  He was the youngest of the four children.  He died at the age of 96 in 1251.¹
