Elmer R. was born on June 15th, 1882 in ,Clinton, Illinois.1 Elmer R.'s father was Alonzo Withrow and her mother was Mary Or Polly Pennington. Her paternal grandparents were Richardson Withrow and Elizabeth King; her maternal grandparents were Uriah Pennington and Frances Mary Plumlee. She had seven brothers and three sisters, named Sylvester, Barnabus Or Barrow D.C., Samuel S., Alonzo Emery, Robert R., Jesse, Anthony J., Elizabeth, Mary Jane and Lavina. She was the youngest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 55 on November 17th, 1937 in ,Wayne, Illinois.1 -
