Mary Willis 
Mary was born in 1853 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.1 Mary's father was Wilson W. Willis and her mother was Nancy Mitchell. Her paternal grandparents were James Larkin Willis and Mary Wilson; her maternal grandparents were John J. Mitchell and Martha Lyons. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Nathaniel G., Richard F., Newton, Cornelia Frances and Lilly. She was the third oldest of the six children.-
