Mary Elizabeth Wexler 
Mary Elizabeth was born in 1847 in Sullivan County, Tennessee.1 Mary Elizabeth's father was Daniel Bacon Wexler and her mother was Elizabeth Gallien Duncan. Her paternal grandparents were Jonathan Wexler and Polly Brown; her maternal grandfather was Alfred Duncan. She had five brothers and a sister, named John Melanethon, Alfred Duncan, Edwin Benjamin, Samuel Lafayette, David Fleming and Rhoda Douglas. She was the oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 81 in 1928.1 -
