James Monroe Wexler 
James Monroe was born on November 19th, 1851 in Sullivan County, Tennessee.1 James Monroe's father was George Buckellew Wexler and his mother was Sarah Buchellew. His paternal grandparents were Jonathan Wexler and Mary Birdwell. He had a brother and three sisters, named Joseph R., Martha Jane, Byer B. and Polly B.. He was the third oldest of the five children. He had two half-sisters named Mary Bacon and Martha E.. He died at the age of 51 on April 16th, 1903.1 -
