Mary Leota was born on August 14th, 1867 in ,Of Wayne, Illinois.1 Mary Leota's father was John Sanford Weaver and her mother was Mary Jane Spicer. Her paternal grandfather was Weaver; her maternal grandparents were Daniel Spicer and Mary Catherine Darner. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Albert M., James William, Martha Ann and Estelle May. She was the second youngest of the five children. She died at the age of 91 on May 15th, 1959 in ,Wayne, Illinois. She was buried in Bailey Cemetary, Wayne, Illinois.1 1 -
