James William Weaver 
James William was born on November 17th, 1861 in Wayne County, Illinois.1 James William's father was John Sanford Weaver and his mother was Mary Jane Spicer. His paternal grandfather was Weaver; his maternal grandparents were Daniel Spicer and Mary Catherine Darner. He had a brother and three sisters, named Albert M., Martha Ann, Mary Leota and Estelle May. He was the second oldest of the five children.-
