William Ward

William was born about 1834 in Tennessee.¹   William's father was Drury Ward and his mother was Elizabeth Prater. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Stephen, Cyrus, Simon Peter, Elbert S., Melvina Jane and Martha R..  He was the second oldest of the seven children.  He died on August 8th, 1862.¹
