Levinia WOFFORD

Levinia was born about 1816 in Guilford Co., North Carolina.¹   Levinia's father was William Lafayette WOFFORD and her mother was Sarah Yerkes.  Her paternal grandparents were John WOFFORD and Nancy Burroughs; her maternal grandfather was Samuel Yerkes. She had four brothers and two sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named John Smith, Charles Pinkney, Benjamin, William Doctor 'Doc', Elizabeth, Sarah and James.  She was the second youngest of the eight children.  She died about 1859 in Stewart Co., Tennessee.¹
