Sarah Thorp 
Sarah was born in 1840 in ,Hawkins, Tennessee.1 Sarah's father was William Thorp and her mother was Elizabeth Cocheran. Her maternal grandparents were John Cocheran and Sarah Or Sally. She had two brothers and a sister, named John, William and Emily. She was the oldest of the four children.
