Rhoda Ann "Rodia" was born on November 8th, 1862.1 Rhoda Ann "Rodia"'s father was William Mason Tackett and her mother was Mary Ann Patrick. Her paternal grandparents were John Tackitt and Sarah "Sally" Pelphrey. She had five brothers and four sisters, named George W., James, Robert, William Jr, Andrew Jackson, Nancy, Sarah Jane, Mary Catherine and Eliza "Lisey".
