Maudie Tackett 
Maudie was born on January 7th, 1878.1 Maudie's father was George W. Tackett and her mother was Mary Ellen Williams. Her paternal grandparents were William Mason Tackett and Mary Ann Patrick; her maternal grandparents were James B. Williams and Sarah Coffey\coffee. She had seven brothers and five sisters, named James William, Charles "Charlie", George Jefferson "Ducky", Roy Jackson, Claude L. "Humpy", Ben, Johnny Earl, Alice, Mary Etta, Sallie Ellen, Lou Vada and Frances. She was the fourth oldest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 77 on March 4th, 1955.1 General Notes
