Joseph C. Summers

Joseph C. was born about 1849 in ,Washington, Missouri.¹   Joseph C.'s father was Samuel R. Summers and his mother was Jane Isgrigg.  His maternal grandparents were Henry Isgrigg and Sarah Lemon. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Richard, Samuel M., William M., John J., Amanda, Mary C., Hannah A. and Esther E..  He was the youngest of the nine children.
