Newton B. Rion

Newton B. was born about 1842 in ,Bourbon, Kentucky.¹   Newton B.'s father was Newton B. Rion and his mother was Ann D. Griffey.  His paternal grandfather was John Rion; his maternal grandparents were Griffey and Margaret. He had a brother and five sisters, named Joseph, Sarah M., Georgia Ann, Rebecca, Martha and Mollie.  He was the third oldest of the seven children.
