Eliza Presley

Eliza was born in 1843 in Of, Hawkins, Tennessee.¹   Eliza's father was John Presley and her mother was Rebecca Green.  Her paternal grandfather was Andrew Presley; her maternal grandparents were Green and Priscilla. She had nine brothers and three sisters, named Pleasant, George, William, John, James P., Green, Hiram, Morgan, Gilbert, Priscilla, Elizabeth and Jane.  She was the second youngest of the thirteen children.
