Eda Jane was born on January 8th, 1893 in ,Crawford, Missouri.1 Eda Jane's father was Joshua\Josiah Augustus Parsons and her mother was Hannah Jane Cresswell. Her maternal grandparents were George Cresswell and Statirah McCreery. She had three brothers and three sisters, named George Hartwell, Frederick, Ferdinand, Mary Frances Louisa, Nancy Catherine Elizabeth and Birdie Augustus. She was the youngest of the seven children. She died at the age of 43 on December 18th, 1936 in ,Crawford, Missouri. She was buried in December 1936 in Cross Roads Cem., Crawford, Missouri.1 1 -
