Tarlton Pangle

Tarlton was born in 1835 in Of, Hawkins, Tennessee.¹   Tarlton's father was James Pangle and his mother was Edy.  His paternal grandfather was Pangle. He had three brothers and a sister, named Frederick, Lewis, Lee and Martha A..  He was the third oldest of the five children.
