Catherine Murphy

Catherine was born on July 26th, 1855 in ,,Illinois.¹   Catherine's father was Dennis Murphy and her mother was Martha Jane Bell.  Her paternal grandparents were Morris Murphy and Catherine; her maternal grandparents were John Bell and Prudence Yates. She had three brothers and three sisters, named John Morris, James Daniel, Michael, Ella, Margaret and Louisa Laura.  She was the oldest of the seven children.
