Martin Valley Monroe

Martin Valley was born in 1837 in Of, Hawkins, Tennessee.¹   Martin Valley's father was Asa Monroe and his mother was Sarah. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Calvin W., Madison J., Mordecai, Robert, Ellen and Marian.  He was the youngest of the seven children.
